The spread will include Aam Panna, Masala Chaas, Rose Lassi, Tiranga Pulao, Nihari, Galouti, Tawe ka Kulcha, Tricolor Dimsum, Gnocchi and more alongside handcrafted tricolor beverages.

The delectable spread would also feature decadent tricolor desserts such as Tricolor Pancake Stack with Banana Caramel, Patriotic Pound Cake with fresh berries, Garam Jalebi with Rabri Mousse and Tricolor Boondi, Tricolor Macaroons, Crème Brûlée, Kulhad Kheer, Mishti Doi, Chocolate Samosa, Pista Magnum and cupcakes amongst others.
