Say Kimchi! Join the K-Wave at Foodhall & Celebrate All Things Korean at Foodhall’s Korean Festival

 Foodhall is celebrating the flavours of Korea all month long with their Korean Festival. Explore, indulge, and recreate the flavours of this piquant cuisine with authentic ingredients and a special menu at their cafes!

 

Keeping the notions of Korean traditions in mind, Foodhall is set to host a feasting extravaganza, celebrating the festival. If you wish to experience street food as if you were walking in a Korean market, you can pick up tubs of Gochujang, a fermented chilli paste with sweet and savoury notes, Gochujang Mayo, and Spicy Bibimbap Sauce - perfect to pair with spring rolls, dim sum, rice crackers and Korean Barbecue, an integral part of the cuisine. Along with this, a variety of Korean baked goods are available for purchase such as the Kimchi Croissant, Peanut Butter Streusel Roll and a Vanilla Matcha Babka.

 

In addition, The Café by Foodhall will also be serving authentic Korean favourites. The ample menu ranges from Soups such as Spinach Doenjang Soup with tofu or chicken to appetizers like Kimchi Cheese Pajeon (Kimchi, Cheese & Scallion Pancakes served with tangy dipping sauce) and Kimchi Avocado Toast (Gochujang marinated Avocado, Homemade Kimchi, Toasted Sesame, Cilantro, Microgreens, Sourdough). Dive into their wholesome Shin Ramyun (House-made Ramen Noodles, Edamame, Shiitake, Tofu, Pak Choi, Miso Broth, Sriracha, Scallions, Fried Garlic, Toasted Sesame, Wakame, Sesame Oil) and Kimchi Bibimbap (Sticky Rice, Spinach, Kimchi, Scallions, Cucumber, Mushrooms, Gochujang Sauce, Toasted Sesame seeds, Sesame Oil) for a hearty meal. If you’re looking for a bit of everything, their pre-set tasting meal is for you. This meal for two includes a Spinach Doenjang Soup, Kimchi Avocado Toast, and a Shin Ramyun.
