As soon as you enter the big white doors of dirty buns you are welcomed in with old school hip-hop music playing in the background and the staff having a big bright smile on their faces.

Chef boo, the man who is back in this city of dreams to achieve his dream of making people enjoy a meal which will make their hands dirty and their stomachs breath some happy and satisfactory breath. Dirty buns is a contemporary restaurant and bar where the focus is on the food. The flavours are bold, dramatic and unlike anything you've ever tasted.

It's the perfect place to go wild, dirty buns features a tightly edited menu of the best rolls, baos and desserts you can ask for. Chef boo knows Bombay and it's vibe pretty well as he spent four years handling the kitchens at two top Bombay restaurants before deciding to brand out to do something that he's always dreamt of.

I went over the weekend to experience and get down and dirty with some yummy food and some dirty old fashion cocktails while old school hip hop were flying off the decks,  mood lighting and dirty cocktails kept me going all night.

- Cobb Salad
- Mushroom Bao
- Pan seared tofu bao
- Garlic shrimp roll
- Korean fried chicken bao
- Dirty Boo
- Dirty mocha shake.

The high quality product couple with chefs inventive twist ups the flavour quotient of each dish here. The staff is well-trained , very helpful and efficient. The portion sizes are generous and the food is pretty value for money.
