Mumbai welcomes French-style patisserie Cou Cou

 Offering the perfect mélange of authenticity, tradition and modernity, Cou Cou is the first independent food and beverage outlet brought to life by the legendary Oberoi Group and has opened at Jio World Drive, Bandra Kurla Complex. What’s on the menu ? Cou Cou offers freshly-baked bread, cakes, handmade chocolates, homemade gourmet ice creams and a vibrant selection of savoury delights. The bakery and savoury section showcase an exciting assortment of freshly baked bread, with an opportunity to witness them being baked right in front of you.  The cakes and pastries section offers a wide range of cakes, classic and contemporary pastries, and tarts of various sizes and flavors. Pav With Friends - The ‘Panda Gang’ edition with Chef Harsh Dixit by Pack-a-Pav

  In 2016, Pack-a-Pav launched ‘Pav With Friends’ a special dining series for which they invite some of the city's most talented home cooks and chefs to guest at Pack-a-Pav and serve their signature versions of the pav sandwich at Pack-a-Pav’s Bandra store. The ‘Panda Gang’ edition with Harsh Dixit Harsh Dixit is the reigning king of personal chefs in Bombay; he’s been a chef to Bollywood’s top tier. The team at Pack-a-Pav is stoked that for three days you too can have an audience with Harsh and try his stellar cooking at the 14 th  Edition of Pav with Friends. Chef Harsh will serve Asia-inspired pav sandwiches that pack a wallop of flavours. It’s a crackling collaboration and you get to say that Harsh cooked for you! As a Thanksgiving Special, Sorrentina’s Chef Aabhas Mehrotra has collaborated with Chef Nariman Abdygapparov and Chef Anushka Malkhani   of  Whisk with Us to bring you the Friends of Sorrentina Thanksgiving Soiree to create and showcase a contemporary Italian tapas menu along family-style bakes and mains from Monday, 22 nd  November to Sunday, 26 th  November 2021. The Thanksgiving Soiree includes a 6 section menu that is available Friday, 19 th  November to Thursday, 25 th  November with the finale being a day long faire at Sorrentina on Friday, 26 th  November 2021.
